Our Mission

To ensure every patient in inpatient behavioral health receives consistent, structured, evidence-informed programming — regardless of who is on shift, which unit they are on, or which facility they are in.

About UCP

I built UCP from 14 years of nursing experience — from the bedside to the boardroom. I started my career as a frontline nurse on the medical side of healthcare, where I learned what staff actually need to deliver consistent, quality care. When I moved into inpatient behavioral health as a Director of Performance Improvement and Risk Manager, I saw the systemic gaps that made consistent programming so hard to achieve. This platform was born from both worlds — taking institutional knowledge out of individual heads and binders and putting it into a scalable, standardized system that any facility can deploy across units.

UCP was built by a clinician and clinical leader who understands both the realities at the bedside and the operational pressures in the front office — not by a tech company guessing at what hospitals need. That nursing foundation is this product's DNA.
